Yep. I will soon no longer be fighting my sewing machine every step of the way when trying to sew something.It finally got so bad that I just couldn't stand it anymore,I tried taking it apart to see if I could pinpoint the problem,which I did.My tension tuning knob thing is messed up stuck. So my dad came in and was impressed that I was actually trying my best to fix it myself.He surprised me and told me that he is going to buy me a new one.He said that its something worth doing and that I should have a machine that works right so I can actually make more stuff instead of spending half my time trying to make the old one run right. At least I got a lot of miles out of my 40$ used sewing machine

An update and review.New years day 2015
Hello everyone! Happy New Years 2015! where have I been? Without internet for weeks!!! Ahrg.But anyhow...The year in review is as follows (in no particular order) I started 2014 with a break up, and a brand new relationship, a move from my ex boy friends house,to back home with my widowed Dad ( who is a handful ) to say the least, but still better than where I was living. I have not done a whole lot of art this past year,a few things here and there,I completed a MLP plushie order ( which I drasticly undersold myself on ) And ever since I have mostly just been making what I want, more than trying to make a profit. I successfully made and sewed
a new brother soon!
I'm Gonna Eatya' is getting a identical twin brother soon! only difference will be that the new one will have oppossable fingers,where the original one just has rag doll fingers. Here they are side by side a WIP picture And here are the hands done I can hardly wait to have them both side by side for some fun pictures before I send his brother to his new home in Virginia!

So,I got the sewing machine! yay =) It works good, I can hardly wait to really test it out for real! I just sewed the cute lil' furry maned nessie with it and it was nice to be able to sew something and have it only take a hour or less now,working without glitches and thread bunching and fabric eating is really nice! Now I just have to decide what to focus on right now as far as sewing goes.I want to sell some plushies before Christmas so as to earn some extra cash to buy presents with this year. also,there is going to be a big crochet project in the works very soon! Its probably going to be the most complicated piece I have ever attempted.Wh

Ahh, looks like it went well till it lasted.
By the way, you're using a modern machine type? Long time ago I used to own a vintage type, you know, leg powered sewing machine.
